Where no power supply is available, LANCIER Monitoring’s new digital AX-Bus monitors contacts and physical parameters quickly and efficiently Any change of the surveilled parameters is reported to the monitoring station in real-time and triggers an alarm when pre-defined alarm thresholds or conditions are reached. The necessary measures can be taken immediately.
The power supply of the sensors and the bus is provided by the monitoring station. A local power supply is not needed. A copper pair of a telecommunication cable is sufficient for the signalisation.
The reading, evaluation and forwarding of the measured values to the UMS system is carried out by the LANCIER monitoring stations MAX 101 or the RTU with AX4 measuring card.
